Comfortable, safe, and well-located – a great stay in Croydon We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Croydon during a recent 訂房網站 to London, and it turned out to be a really solid choice. The location is quite convenient, a 10-minute walk from Croydon station and the area itself felt lively, with lots of food options and shops around. We were two female travellers and felt quite safe exploring the neighbourhood. The hotel itself was well-maintained. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with everything we needed for a short stay. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, there were several good options to choose from, and the staff in the dining area were particularly friendly and attentive, especially during the busy morning rush. Overall, it was a well-rounded experience: clean rooms, a decent breakfast, kind staff, and a location that made getting around pretty easy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great hotel with a friendly service. The front desk was very helpful especially Kelvin and the cleanliness was fantastic. The breakfast was hearty and was allowed to be taken away too. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful London visit

It took me 12 minutes to get to the hotel from East Croydon Station. However it was located at a side lane of the main road. It provided basic amenities and breakfast with limited choices. Recommended as it values for what you paid. Deposit paid by cash would be returned when checking out.

Everything was amazing!! Kind staff, nice clean rooms with everything you may need during your stay (toiletries, hair dryer, clothing iron, water boiler....). Breakfast was very tasty, they even provide you with grab&go bags for food. Even though the hotel is quite far from central London, it is very well connected with a railway so the location itself isn't that much of a problem. Incredible value for the price, I am genuinely impressed.

We are given a nice and comfortable room, all the staff were friendly and nice most especially mr. ruel and ms. adrien in the pantry area. They were so helpful and always making sure we are okay and happy with our stay. No doubt, we will comeback again. Thank you holiday inn express in croydon for the wonderful stay.

The location of the hotel is good, just a 10-min walk to the train station. Complementary breakfast was a plus with decent food provided. However, the lights in room couldn't not be switched off probably, hence we were forced to sleep with the lights on despite issue being raised with the front-desk. However, such issue were not been solved on check-out date on our 3-night stay.

Had a great stay at this hotel after booking another on a different site that didn’t even exist! The only downside is the lack of parking facilities. There is nowhere to park and one disabled bay on the street. There was about 5 parking spaces that could not be reserved and if you was able to get one, my understanding is that it cost £15 per night! There is a car park about 5 mins walk, but it does not give you 24hour access. Other than that, a lovely hotel in a prime location with plenty of shops and access to public transport. Room was a great standard, with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was buffet style (hot & cold) which was restocked continuously so everyone got what they wanted.
